Activation/Hydration 1) Immerse: Fully submerge the dehydrated icepacks in water, preferably warm if you find the ice packs are taking long to activate. 2) Hydrate: The Cryolux Icepacks will fully hydrate, with each cell expanding to approximately 1. inch thickness. In the rare occasion that any cells that any have not expanded its recommended to give them a Gentle squeeze.
