Cryolux insulated packaging carton liners are customized to suit your requirements. The liners are designed to line your box and can be optimized through thermal modeling to meet the temperature requirements be it overnight or two-day shipping. It has been tested to meet ISTA 20 certification standards to ensure that the perishables maintain the appropriate temperatures.

These insulated carton liners are not only a temperature guard but also environmentally sound. These insulated carton liners are made from 80% Recycled Materials like kraft paper and paper fibers, providing consumers with a 100% curbside Recyclable packaging.
SMALLER COMPACT CARTON = LOWER FREIGHT COSTS AND EASIER HANDLING
These insulated carton liners provide flexibility allowing it to conform to contents inside, which in turn provides for the use of smaller compact external cartons thus reducing shipping costs and making them easier to handle.
EXTRA PROTECTION
The insulated liners also double as padded box liners that cushion items and minimize any possible damage during delivery and shipping.
FOOD WASTE REDUCTION
Thanks to the carton liners having superior thermal ratings they can maintain temperatures for 24 to 48 hours. This performance ensures the perishables are delivered fresh, and hence reduce food waste.
ODOUR FREE LINING - VEGAN-FRIENDLY
Our Non wool Eco Safe Insulation Liners are made from Recycled Paper Cellulose Filling that are completely Odour Free and you can be confident that your customer is going to have a pleasant experience opening the box.
