How to use Cryolux Instant Hot Packs:
Open the outer plastic package, shake the contents and allow to warm up for approximately 30 mins. Dispose of as General Waste after use.
Please note: When in use do not store in an airtight container as oxygen in the air is used to activate the contents of the heat pack.

Do not Apply directly to your skin for an extended period.
Do not apply to Infants & Children
Do not apply to bruises & swelling, Cryotherapy recommended in such instances.
Do not apply to frostbite or desensitised skin
Do not apply overnight when sleeping.
Caution: Children, Elderly, Handicapped and those who are unable to remove the Heat Pack themselves should apply only under supervision. Remove Cryolux Heat Pack if it becomes uncomfortably Hot. If used incorrectly, Higher temperatures may occur causing burns.
For External Use only: Do not puncture the Heat Pack or allow the contents to come in contact with the eyes or mouth. Rinse with Water & Consult a Physician if swallowed.
